Greg Dyer is a US Air Force Veteran and full-time Broker at DRT Realty whose background sets him apart in the North Carolina real estate market. After serving his country, Greg spent 20 years owning and operating his own building and remodeling company in Upstate New York before relocating to North Carolina in 2011. Since making the Tar Heel State home, Greg has worked alongside several top-producing teams with a strong focus on new construction — an area where his hands-on construction expertise gives his clients a genuine advantage. His deep understanding of building concepts allows him to evaluate properties with a contractor's eye, and his experience navigating home inspections means his clients negotiate from a position of knowledge and confidence.
