ColeBrooke Custom Homes began as a vision to create homes that truly support the way families live. As lifelong residents of Franklin County, community has always been at the heart of what we do. Drawing from our experience in business, customer relationships, and design, we built ColeBrooke on trust, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making. We believe the process matters just as much as the final product, and we’re proud to stay closely involved from the first conversation to the final walk-through. Our business was named after two of the biggest inspirations in our lives: our first son, Coleman, and our loyal German Shepherd, Brooke. She was more than a family dog—she was part of our daily lives, part of our work, and truly part of the heart behind our company.

Greyland Builders is owned and operated by Robert and JR Lee, a father-son duo that have worked together in construction for over 15 years and have combined years of experience in the business in excess of 40 years. Family is the foundation of this company, being named after Rob's son, Greyson (our Mascot!) It is incredibly important to Rob and JR to provide families, just like theirs, quality homes that will last a lifetime and create tons of beautiful memories.
